Authorized P.O.'s and major credit cards are accepted. Approved credit card purchases are encouraged for immediate account activation.
Purchases with a P.O./Invoice require payment in 10 days from account activation. Agency discounts are welcome and accounts are activated within 24 hours in most cases.

How do candidates respond to Career Listings?
There are three options:
- Interested candidates can respond online to your job listings, which automatically sends the applicant's resumé to you via email. Confidential applications are logged into your account by job listing where you can click to view the resumé and communicate directly with the candidate via a confidential messaging system.
- Depending on the contact information and directions you provide on your career listings, candidates can also respond directly to your staff using more conventional methods such as email, Fax, or postal mail.
- Additional recruiter accounts allow you to channel responses directly to individual staffing recruiters or hiring managers.

How do I communicate with Confidential Candidates?
Easily. When a confidential candidate applies for a job, you are notified immediately by email and the person's resumé is linked to the appropriate job in your Account Manager area where you can also communicate with the person via a confidential messaging system. A corresponding entry is made in the respective candidate's Career Manager under Career Contacts. Non-confidential applicant resumés are sent directly to you via email.

How does BroadbandCareers obtain resumés?
The BroadSearch® Resumé Database continues to grow daily from the direct submission
of resumés by Career Seekers who have been driven to BroadbandCareers and the exclusive Broadband Careers Network. This
vital resource is being built with an emphasis on both active and "passive"
candidates and does not contain widely available resumés from general Internet resources. The individual candidate has input all
information, voluntarily and solely for the purpose of being listed on
BroadbandCareers and the exclusive Broadband Careers Network. Our Confidential Profile option affords the
"passive," or secure, candidate a position in our network without jeopardizing

How current are the candidates in the BroadSearch® Resumé Database?
Resumés are current for 90 days and revert to an archive database upon
expiration. Career Seekers are notified within 10 days of the expiration
date of their resumé or Confidential Profile, and have
the option of renewing it for another 90-day cycle, or deleting it from
